Photographers must be accommodated either in the same hotel as the client or a nearby hotel within close proximity
FLIGHT
Round-trip flights for each photographer will be booked by our team and invoiced separately for reimbursement.

Local transportation (Uber or rental car) will be arranged as needed and invoiced for reimbursement post-event.
